Chaofan (Guangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (超帆（广州）网络科技有限责任公司, "we" or "us") operates this website, www.chaofan-tech.com. We protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China. Please read this policy before using the website.
1. Information We Collect
This is a company information website and does not require you to create an account. We only collect information in the following cases:
- Online enquiry form: when you submit an enquiry on the Contact page, we collect your name, preferred contact method and the corresponding phone number or email address, and your preferred call-back time, as well as optional company name, website type, budget, target launch date and project details. Name, contact details and project details are required; all other fields are optional. The form is only submitted after you tick the box to agree to this policy.
- When you contact us directly: if you email us, we receive the contact details and information you provide.
- Server logs: to keep the website secure and stable, our server automatically records access logs, including IP address, browser type, access time and pages visited. As required by the Cybersecurity Law, logs are retained for at least six months. To prevent abuse, the IP address of an enquiry is held temporarily in server memory for rate limiting and is not stored with the enquiry.
This information is used only to contact you, understand and respond to your website requirements, and provide quotations and related services. It will not be used to send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
2. Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies to track your browsing. If we introduce features such as analytics that require cookies, we will update this policy and inform you.
3. Use and Sharing
- We use your information only as necessary for the purposes above, and only staff responsible for client enquiries can access it.
- To handle your enquiry promptly, its contents are sent by email to our work mailbox, using an email service provided within mainland China.
- We do not submit the information in your enquiry to third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or by competent authorities.
4. Storage and Security
- Information you submit is stored on our cloud server located in mainland China (Guangzhou). By submitting an enquiry from outside mainland China, you understand that your information will be processed in mainland China.
- We keep personal information only for as long as necessary: enquiries are kept for no more than one year from submission, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case they are kept as required for performing the contract and by law. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.
- We use HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your information from disclosure, alteration or loss.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable laws, you have the right to access, copy, correct and delete your personal information and to withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within fifteen working days.
6. Minors
This website serves business clients and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under fourteen.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
